Editorial Reviews

Review
"Over the years, Brookie and I met many people who came here hunting and they were so fascinated by our stories of our experiences they kept telling us we should write a book. I decided a lot of people might enjoy our stories and I felt this way of life was fast disappearing and I wanted to leave some record of it for future generations of my family." - quote from Louise Turk, author of Sheep!.

About the Author
Louise Turk spent more than 50 years of her life in the Big Horn Mountains with her husband Brookie and three children. She retired in the Fall of 1998 and now resides in Kaycee, Wyoming and is excited at having her first published book. She wishes to dedicate her book to the memory of her late husband, her son Pete and her friends Pete, Don and Peto Meike who all gave her the inspiration and chance to become the woman she is.
